Tommy Thomas, VP, Sr. Banking Officer
Tommy Thomas is Vice President and Senior Banking Officer at our St. Matthews branch.
Born and raised in Louisville, Tommy began his banking career in 2002 after graduating from the University of Kentucky. He has over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial lending. He specializes in residential purchases and refinances as well as complex investment property financing.
Tommy attributes his success to the large customer base that he has developed and the referrals he receives from past and current clients. He believes that local decision-making and underwriting sets First Capital Bank apart from other banks/lenders in Louisville, and plays an important role in his ability to provide excellent customer service.
Tracy Frazier, Branch Manager
Tracy has been in banking for 14 years where she has specialized in retail banking, customer service, and personal and mortgage lending. She believes in providing her clients with excellent service while focusing on their individual banking needs.
Tracy is visible in the Fern Creek and Bullitt County communities where she is a member of the Fern Creek Chamber of Commerce and the Bullitt County Chamber of Commerce.
Tyler Ochs, Branch Manager / Business Development Officer
Tyler Ochs is the Branch Manager and Business Development Officer at our Crescent Hill Branch located at 2862 Frankfort Avenue.
A Louisville native, Tyler worked in the insurance business for 11 years and built a book of business from the ground up before making a career change into banking. Tyler enjoys developing and nurturing both personal and business account relationships, and he believes in a ‘client first’ culture that places a premium on excellent customer service, which is the substance that fuels First Capital Bank of Kentucky.
Tyler is a 2001 graduate of The College of Charleston and holds a degree in Corporate Communications. He has volunteered his time with the Board of Directors of Best Buddies Kentucky and also assists with the Board of Directors of University of Kentucky’s Young Alumni Association of Greater Louisville.
Alex Campbell, Branch Manager
Assistant Vice President, and Banking Center Manager at our Strathmoor location – 2735 Bardstown Road.
Alex attended Centre College and received his BA and MBA degrees from Bellarmine University, where he continues to serve on the MBA Advisory Board.
Alex is proud to be a part of a growing local bank and to be a representative for the Louisville Independent Business Alliance. Drawing on his diverse business background and strong relationships in the community, he strives to provide customers with superior service by offering prompt, practical, and reliable answers to their banking needs.
As a banking center manager, Alex has access to all commercial and consumer lending resources of the Bank, as well as its deposit and savings products. He has particular experience with, and especially enjoys, facilitating mortgage transactions, that enable homebuyers realize their dreams of home ownership.
Michael McCue, Branch Manager
Michael McCue has over sixteen years’ experience in the banking industry in the Louisville area. Michael joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky in March, 2015 as Assistant Vice President at the Old Brownsboro location.
Prior to this appointment, Michael served Louisville area customers at another financial institution, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President. He takes pride in offering superior customer service by assisting his customers with achieving their financial goals. His vast knowledge of personal lending, mortgage lending, and business development has given him many opportunities to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with his customers.
A Louisville native, Michael attended University of Louisville where he achieved his BA in Business Administration.
Michael is visible in the local community where he may be seen volunteering for Fund for the Arts, Metro United Way, and the Salvation Army, to mention a few.
Kirk Esarey, Branch Manager
Kirk Esarey currently serves as Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer and Manager of the Middletown Banking Center located at 13704 Shelbyville Road.
He has over 7 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, where he has specialized in secondary market and portfolio lending during his career. He believes that his ability to provide excellent service and focus on individual needs of his customers has resulted in his successful customer base.
Kirk is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and University of Kentucky.
Abby Graves, Banking Officer
Abby Graves is a Banking Officer at First Capital Bank of Kentucky, and her office is located at the bank’s St. Matthews branch, 293 N. Hubbards Lane.
A native of Louisville, Abby began her employment with the bank in 2011 as a Teller. Since that time, she has provided excellent customer service to both Retail and Mortgage customers. Abby strives to be great at giving customers the service they’ve come to expect from First Capital Bank by assisting them with a wide variety of needs. Her goal is to develop long-lasting banking relationships with her customers.
Tony Gregory, Relationship Banker/MLO
Tony Gregory began his banking career in 1999 after serving in the United States Air Force. Tony joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky in November, 2015, as Relationship Banker and Mortgage Loan Originator. His office is located at the Old Brownsboro banking center.
Prior to this appointment, Tony served Louisville area customers at another financial institution as a Mortgage Loan Originator. He takes pride in offering superior customer service by assisting his customers with achieving their financial goals. Leisa Baechler, Relationship Banker
Leisa Baechler is the Relationship Banker at our Frankfort Avenue branch.
Leisa has over 25 years of experience in her banking career. She specializes in retail banking, including personal and mortgage lending. She believes in providing her clients with excellent service while focusing on their individual banking needs.
Leisa graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. She is visible in the area where she volunteers at St. Albert the Great, St. Matthews Episcopal, Sacred Heart Academy, and Trinity High School.
Stephen Gering, Relationship Banker
Stephen Gering is the Relationship Banker at our Strathmoor branch.
Stephen grew up in the Strathmoor neighborhood, making him very knowledgeable of the area, as well as surrounding neighborhoods. He enjoys helping customers with all of their banking needs, but he especially enjoys the opportunity to see first time home buyers achieve their dream of owning their own home.
Barb Spratt, Relationship Banker
Barb Spratt is the Relationship Banker at our Jeffersontown branch.
Barb has been in banking since 1978 with experience as a Teller, Customer Service Representative and Assistant Manager. From 2002 until 2007 she worked as a Loan Originator and Processor for our Mortgage company. This experience has given her a broad range of knowledge and expertise in both retail banking and consumer and mortgage lending. She prides herself on excellent customer service and appreciates being able to develop a "one on one" relationship with her customers, something she feels only a local bank can offer!
