Michael McCue, Branch Manager
Michael McCue has over eighteen years’ experience in the banking industry in the Louisville area. Michael joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky in March, 2015 as Assistant Vice President at the Old Brownsboro center, and in January, 2017, he became banking center manager at the main office in St. Matthews.
Prior to this appointment, Michael served Louisville area customers at another financial institution, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President. He takes pride in offering superior customer service by assisting his customers with achieving their financial goals. His vast knowledge of personal lending, mortgage lending, and business development has given him many opportunities to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with his customers.
A Louisville native, Michael attended University of Louisville where he achieved his BA in Business Administration.
Michael is visible in the local community where he may be seen volunteering for Fund for the Arts, Metro United Way, and the Salvation Army, to mention a few.
Bethany Lewis, Relationship Banker
Bethany Lewis serves as Relationship Banker for our St. Matthews branch.
Bethany is a qualified and resourceful individual who specializes in opening personal and business accounts while identifying customers' needs and offering the best products and services available. She believes customer service to be her top priority and that the personalized service at First Capital Bank of Kentucky sets it apart from other banks in the Louisville area.
Born and raised in Louisville, Bethany began her banking career in 2009 as a teller. Since then, she has enjoyed many opportunities to assist both personal and business clientele.
Bethany is a graduate of The University of Phoenix, where she majored in Business Management. She was presented with a “5 Star Customer Service” award in 2011 and was recognized in Business First by First Capital Bank of Kentucky in 2013 as “Teller of The Year”.
Tom Cole, Relationship Banker
Tom Cole serves as a Relationship Banker for First Capital Bank of Kentucky, at the St. Matthews Banking Center, located at 293 North Hubbards Lane, Louisville, KY 40207.
As a Louisville native who grew up in St. Matthews, Tom is knowledgeable of the area, as well as Louisville’s surrounding neighborhoods. He is a graduate of Trinity High School and University of Louisville, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree in Marketing.
Tom began his banking career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and has assisted both personal and business clientele. He has grown both personally and professionally by serving many customers, and he is a qualified and resourceful individual who specializes in identifying customers’ needs and offers the best products and services available to meet those needs.
He recently added consumer loans, mortgage loans, refinances, and Home Equity Lines of Credit to his portfolio. While all of his customers are important to him, he especially enjoys working with mortgage customers and takes great pleasure in seeing first-time home buyers achieve their dreams of owning their own homes. He believes customer service is his top priority and that the personalized service offered at First Capital Bank of Kentucky sets it apart from other banks in the Louisville area.
