He is visible in the St. Matthews community, where he serves as a Board member of St. Matthews Area Chamber of Commerce. His community service includes serving for over six years as a volunteer worker with Senior Care Experts.

Tom grew up in St. Matthews, making him very knowledgeable of the area, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. He is a graduate of Trinity High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville.
Tom began his banking career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative. Since that time, he has enjoyed many opportunities to assist both personal and business clientele.
