Tommy Thomas is Vice President and Senior Banking Officer at our St. Matthews branch.
Born and raised in Louisville, Tommy began his banking career in 2002 after graduating from the University of Kentucky. He has over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial lending. He specializes in residential purchases and refinances as well as complex investment property financing.
Tommy attributes his success to the large customer base that he has developed and the referrals he receives from past and current clients. He believes that local decision-making and underwriting sets First Capital Bank apart from other banks/lenders in Louisville, and plays an important role in his ability to provide excellent customer service.

Jim Tilford is the Branch Manager at our Strathmoor branch.
With over 40 years in the banking industry, Jim provides our customers with a world class lending experience. Since joining us in 2004, Jim has focused on mortgage, business development, and commercial lending.
After graduating from the University of Louisville with a major in Finance, Jim began his banking career in 1968. Jim has, throughout his career, managed loan portfolios as large as $50 million.
Jim is active in his community, serving as a member of the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce (serving as Chairman in 2000), St. Matthews Area Chamber of Commerce, Highlands Commerce Guild, and Louisville Economic Chamber of Commerce.

James's banking career includes over 10 years of lending experience in both personal and mortgage lending. James prides himself in giving superior customer service to all of his clients, and considers each customer's need on an individual basis.
He is visible in the St. Matthews community, where he serves as a Board member of St. Matthews Area Chamber of Commerce. His community service includes serving for over six years as a volunteer worker with Senior Care Experts.

Jennifer Mattingly is a highly regarded financial services professional who joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky in February, 2014, as Branch Manager of the Middletown Branch. Prior to this appointment, Jennifer served Louisville-area customers at another financial institution, where she held positions of Banking Officer and Operations Manager. In addition to her experience and organizational skills, she brings with her a passion for extending exceptional customer service to her clients. She takes pride in developing an understanding of each client's need, her goal being to build trusting relationships and assist them with achieving their financial goals.
A Louisville native, Jennifer attended University of Louisville and Spalding University, where she majored in Marketing, and she resides in Louisville with her family.
Jennifer is visible in the local community where she has volunteered for Junior Achievement, Fund for the Arts, and Metro United Way.

Tyler Ochs is the Branch Manager and Business Development Officer at our Crescent Hill Branch located at 2862 Frankfort Avenue.
A Louisville native, Tyler worked in the insurance business for 11 years and built a book of business from the ground up before making a career change into banking. Tyler enjoys developing and nurturing both personal and business account relationships, and he believes in a client first' culture that places a premium on excellent customer service, which is the substance that fuels First Capital Bank of Kentucky.
Tyler is a 2001 graduate of The College of Charleston and holds a degree in Corporate Communications. He has volunteered his time with the Board of Directors of Best Buddies Kentucky and also assists with the Board of Directors of University of Kentucky's Young Alumni Association of Greater Louisville.

Alex attended Centre College and received his BA and MBA degrees from Bellarmine University, where he continues to serve on the MBA Advisory Board.
Alex is proud to be a part of a growing local bank and to be a representative for the Louisville Independent Business Alliance. Drawing on his diverse business background and strong relationships in the community, he strives to provide customers with superior service by offering prompt, practical, and reliable answers to their banking needs.
As a banking center manager, Alex has access to all commercial and consumer lending resources of the Bank, as well as its deposit and savings products. He has particular experience with, and especially enjoys, facilitating mortgage transactions, that enable homebuyers realize their dreams of home ownership.

Michael McCue has over sixteen years' experience in the banking industry in the Louisville area. Michael joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky in March, 2015 as Assistant Vice President at the Old Brownsboro location.
Prior to this appointment, Michael served Louisville area customers at another financial institution, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President. He takes pride in offering superior customer service by assisting his customers with achieving their financial goals. His vast knowledge of personal lending, mortgage lending, and business development has given him many opportunities to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with his customers.
A Louisville native, Michael attended University of Louisville where he achieved his BA in Business Administration.
Michael is visible in the local community where he may be seen volunteering for Fund for the Arts, Metro United Way, and the Salvation Army, to mention a few.

This experience has given her a broad range of knowledge and expertise in both retail banking and consumer and mortgage lending. Collier Phelps is a Louisville native, who attended Indiana University.
He began his banking career with First Capital Bank in 2013. Since then, he has gained knowledge and experience in several areas of banking. Most recently, he worked in the Mortgage Department, where he was able to expand his knowledge of lending, while gaining the skills he needs to offer excellent customer service.
Collier has assisted many First Capital Bank customers, who appreciate his honesty and excellent customer service. He enjoys the uniqueness of the bank products and the opportunities that sometimes only a local, community bank can offer. He's proud of the relationships that he has been able to develop with both current and new customers.
