Juan, Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer, has more than 24 years of experience in finance, SBA, and commercial lending. Juan was recruited into the banking industry in 1991.  He entered a management training program and was quickly exposed to the various areas of finance which helped provide the footprint to commercial lending.

In 2004 he was brought on board as member of the management team at First Capital to oversee commercial lending. His objective, at that time and continues to be, to extend credit to clients in the community through a wide variety of commercial, installment and real estate loans. He is involved in several civic and community functions.

Since joining First Capital Bank, Juan and the commercial lending group, has grown the organization into one of the top commercial lending institutions in Louisville.

Mark N. George joined First Capital Bank of Kentucky in 2006, and has served as Vice President, Commercial & Private Banking since that time.

Mr. George began his banking career in 1989 as a Commercial Lender.  He also is a Certified Public Accountant.  He graduated from University of Kentucky Business School with a double major in Accounting and Economics.  Since 2009, Mr. George has served as a Board member of Capital Access Corporation.

Joe B. is Vice President and Business Development Officer in the Commercial Lending Group. 

Joe B's career includes 30+ years of banking experience in Senior Management positions and 8 years as an owner/partner of a residential/commercial construction company.  He is a Kentucky licensed Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser.

Joe B. is a member and past President of the Board of Directors for the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies and does volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity.

Sandra Stanley is Vice President of Commercial Lending. 

Sandra's banking career includes 12 years of commercial lending experience in commercial real estate, middle market, public funds, and equine. Some of her former positions included those of Senior Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager.  Sandra prides herself in providing superior customer service and experience to all of her clients.

Robert Brown is Assistant Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. 

Robert's banking career includes 5 years of lending experience in both consumer and commercial lending. Robert graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sullivan University's MBA program and is a proud father.  He prides himself on giving superior customer service and his ability to find solutions to each customer's unique lending needs.
