Application Information

In order to provide you with prompt and personalized service during your mortgage loan application, please be sure to bring the following documents with you:

  1. Valid sales contract signed by both parties (if a purchase transaction)
  2. Last two years W-2's
  3. Paystubs for the last 30 days
  4. If self-employed, last two years federal tax returns and year to date Profit & Loss
  5. Corporate tax returns for last two years if ownership in 25% or more
  6. Copy of last three months bank statements (all pages)
  7. If currently renting, landlord's name & address for past two years
  8. If refinance, copy of insurance policy and copy of deed
  9. Check for appraisal, credit report and flood certification
